Terms of Service for Swami Cars

General Terms

1. The services provided by Swami Cars are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Rental Services Terms

1. Driver License Requirement: All renters must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
2. Age Restrictions: Renters must meet the minimum age requirement as per local motor vehicle laws.
3. Intended Use: Vehicles are to be used solely for personal transportation. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
4. Prohibited Items and Activities: Carrying illegal substances, drugs, alcohol, or hazardous materials in rented vehicles is prohibited. Swami Cars is not responsible for any violations of this rule.
5. Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
6. Vehicle Condition: Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

Motor Vehicle Act Compliance

1. Insurance and Registration: All vehicles are insured and registered in compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act of India.
2. Safety Regulations: Renters must comply with all safety regulations, including wearing seat belts and adhering to speed limits.
3. Accident and Damage Reporting: Any accidents or damage to the vehicle must be reported to Swami Cars immediately.

Liability and Responsibility

1. Swami Cars is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
2. Renters are liable for any damages to the vehicle resulting from negligence or misuse.

Court of Jurisdiction

1. Any legal disputes arising from the use of Swami Cars’ services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Amendments

1. Swami Cars reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
